NO-SHOW
At BRIDELANDS, each appointment is carefully prepared and reserved exclusively for each client. Out of respect for our team and other brides, we kindly ask that any cancellation or rescheduling be notified at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows may require a deposit for future appointments.
BRIDELANDS reserves the right to limit or reschedule future requests in the case of repeated absences.
SERVICE CONSENTS
By completing this form and/or continuing with the selection, design, or purchase process at BRIDELANDS, the client acknowledges that the measurements provided are accurate at the time submitted. BRIDELANDS is not responsible for body changes after measurements are recorded.
All custom-made, personalized, or special-order gowns are non-refundable. Any changes requested after initial approval may result in additional costs, which will be communicated for approval prior to proceeding.
The client understands that final fittings may require additional alterations not included in the original price.
EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES
All visits are strictly by appointment only.
Walk-ins are not permitted.
Customized and made-to-order services are not quoted without a prior appointment.
