All appointments at BRIDELANDS are scheduled by reservation only.

Appointment duration:  Each bridal experience is scheduled for 90 minutes, allowing for a personalized and unhurried consultation.

Guests: A maximum of 2 guests are allowed per appointment to ensure a comfortable and focused experience.

Punctuality:  If a client arrives late, the appointment time will be adjusted accordingly, as we have other scheduled appointments following yours. This allows us to respect every bride’s experience.

Cancellations and rescheduling: Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

* Appointments are 90 minutes. After this time, if no other appointment is scheduled, additional time will be available at a rate of $25 per hour.

Availability: BRIDELANDS offers in-stock gowns as well as made-to-order or special production gowns. In-stock gowns are available for immediate purchase with full payment. Made-to-order or custom gowns require a production process with estimated timelines that may vary.

No refunds: Gowns produced as special orders or custom designs are non-refundable, as they are created exclusively based on the client’s measurements and preferences.

Production timelines: Provided timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as manufacturing or international shipping. BRIDELANDS will communicate any updates accordingly.

Alterations and additional services: Final alterations may incur additional costs depending on complexity and are coordinated in accordance with the Payment Policy.

Confirmation: Any changes requested after initial approval may result in additional charges and require prior client confirmation.

Initial deposit: To begin any gown purchase, order, or production process, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the initial gown price is required.

Final payment: The remaining balance must be paid prior to gown delivery. No gown will be released until the full balance has been settled.

Payment methods: BRIDELANDS accepts payments via credit or debit card, Zelle, bank transfer, and cash.

Payments based on service:

Gowns purchased for immediate take-home: Require full payment at the time of purchase.

Gowns requiring alterations: Payments are divided into three installments aligned with the following phases: work commencement, fitting appointment, and final pick-up.
